Mountains

A poem titled Mountains that reads: In a world so vast and wide, I search this place in which I reside, Every corner, every path, every bend, Asking when the searching will finally end. Mountains touch the sky and valleys go deep, As my journey takes me where the shadows creep, I turn deep within where I have my own guiding star, And it gently whispers to me where my true lands are. There is no map to be found in which my way is shown, Only through my heartbeats will my way ever be known, In this world that is so vast and free, my place I finally find, Knowing I am where I should be, I now have peace of mind.

In this poem, I describe a journey through the mountains of life to find my place in this expansive world. Navigating every path and bend, I’m often dwarfed by towering challenges that keep coming my way. These challenges lead me to the very top of mountains, where I can witness life’s wonders.

Yet, it’s my inner compass, my heart, and the guiding star within that leads me to my true destination. The lack of a physical map underscores the deep intuition and understanding I hold within. There is no need to keep searching the external word for the truth that I have always held deep inside.

In the end, discovering my rightful place grants me a treasured peace of mind. This work is a personal testament to the harmonious blend of nature’s grandeur and the intimate journey of self-discovery. May it inspire you to listen to your own inner compass as you navigate the mountains and valleys of life.
